Just like its namesake, the perfectly level 33" headboard stretches out like a distant plain against a blue sky. Two small hills curve down on the side arms, with notched finials rising up out of the wooden frame. Wide, generous square spindles line up along the back, like a fence that separates the sleeper from the outlying territory. A trilogy of smaller spindles are grouped closer together at the top of the "hill" of the side arms. This is an honest daybed—strong and purposeful. It's a daybed that is at home wherever you may roam.The perfect finish for the Prairie daybed is a warm, Medium Oak. It’s the same color as a door to a farmhouse that stands open—welcoming the breeze from the fields or guests from nearby farms.
