Price-Match Policy

At ElegantAbode.com, we strive to offer the lowest price and the best service in the industry. If you ever find the same item for less elsewhere, let us know about it. We'll do all we can to match the price. We don't want to lose your business and why would you want to risk shopping anywhere else.

The item must be identical, in new condition, and in-stock at the retailer offering the item (not just in-stock at the manufacturer's warehouse.) Our policy applies only to advertised prices. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, volume discounts, free-with-purchase offers and special financing. We must be able to visit the same site thru normal "surfing" without the use of any form of passwords, codes or secret links. Competitive prices must include all applicable shipping and handling charges. The website must also offer a customer service phone number (toll or toll-free) that we can call for verification.

Basically, if you bring us a LEGITIMATE price, we'll try our best to match it!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

At ElegantAbode.com we believe in simplicity: Shipping is free to any location in the contiguous United States!

You should expect your new bed in approximately 2-4 weeks after ordering, depending on where you live.

Our furniture will be delivered to you via a common carrier (trucking company). The freight company will call you to make a delivery appointment.

The freight company has the responsibility to deliver the goods to your curb or driveway. They are not responsible for bringing the goods up any stairs, into any apartment, or up any elevator. That is your responsibility.

If you receive any damaged merchandise, are unsure whether to accept a damaged shipment, or have any other questions, then please call us at (866)781-0997 or email us. It is important that you note any visible damage on the freight bill you sign at the time you take delivery.

You must inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. We cannot accept claims for damages or shortages after 15 days from the date of delivery.

TAX

Orders from the state of Missouri are subject to a 7.5% sales tax.

States other than Missouri: no sales tax.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

All of our beds are warranted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, Elegant Abode will repair or replace any defective bed or bed component without charge except for shipping and handling costs.

RETURN INFORMATION

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, we offer a money back guarantee within 15 days with the following necessary exceptions:

All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer must pay for shipping on all returns. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges or shipping charges incurred by Elegant Abode. Refused shipments may also be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.

Please call for return authorization number before returning any products to ElegantAbode.com.

Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to ElegantAbode.com.
